The Monel 400 perforated metal plate offers tremendous resistance to the variety of corrosive media including non oxidizing solutions, salt and caustic solutions. The alloy is recommended for using at the elevated temperatures in the reducing and oxidizing conditions. It inhibits the stress corrosion cracking.
Monel 400 perforated metal attains high strength. It is highly purposeful for using in the sea engineering and freshwater tanks as it offers more resistance than the copper alloys. It causes resistance to pitting corrosion in the fresh and used waters.

The Monel 400 sheet offers significant resistance to the extensive range of corrosive conditions as mentioned above but it is not suitable to use in the oxidizing conditions like nitric acid and nitrous acid. It is cheap and has good mechanical character.
