Which it's helpful for Chinese and USA partners .Of course, it suits the small parts and the quantity should be make sure big enough, anyway, Chinese factory should living on the products.

As to the Chinese partners ,yes,most of the American firms have parter firms in China, while as you said ,the partner cost will be increased much especially,because both of them are growing at the same time ,so the American firms will turn to the new parters,that's why they will get so many introduction emails every day. You have to look at the part for starters. What is it, and what are the expectations on quality and use of the finished product. Obviously you would not want to use regrind product on a class a surface, or any type of show part that is not painted or plated in some form or fashion.
