Mixing 1-2 minutes. Degassing under 0.1 Mp negative pressure to avoid the bubble.then potting smoothly . Should avoid the excessive speed to involving into air bubbles. Cleaning: cleaning the containers by organic solvents, such as acetone and chloroform,etc.Bagged PU operation process1.Torn aluminum foil, please check if there are obvious bulging of AB materials;bulging is failed product.2.Take our spacer bars between AB material, mixing AB material. Knead AB material 2-3 minutes to mix it evenly, tear PE bags from the incision, pour the mixed material into the container. Curing time will need about 50 minutes at room temperature 25 ℃. No viscidity on the surface.◆Package and Storage1. Bucket: Unopened material should be stored in good sealing of the barrel, to avoid moisture intrusion, affecting quality of raw materials. Opened material should be used up as soon as possible.Store in a cool, dry area, avoid direct sunlight; storage temperature: 10-30 ℃, Shelf life: A: 12 months, B : 12 months.2.Aluminum foil bag : The shelf life of unopened bags is 2 years; This package is vacuum plastic packaging, if aluminum foil bags in storage period has bulging phenomenon, regarded as defective product, it can not be used; please use up within 3 hours after opened foil bags. ◆Safety Operation MaterialMSDS isn't included here.
